Field Trip to cowshed

Venue: Campus cowshed and vegetable garden
A field trip to the cowshed and vegetable garden at Aldel Educational and Technical campus was organised for Grades I to V on 15th April, 2023. The students were excited to see the cows and their calves. They were given information about the different breeds of cattle, their fodder and ways of taking care of them. The students were also taken to the vegetable garden. They were shown the different varieties and were informed about the nutritional values of various vegetables. The aim of the trip was to take the students closer to nature and instil in them a sense of appreciation and gratitude towards mother nature for all the resources we get.
