Field trip to Gaushala

The field trip for Grade II was held on 16th November 2019. The students were taken to “Gaushala” (cattle farm), Palghar.
The students were learned about the different aspects of cattle and their uses. They got to see many cows, buffaloes, rabbits and their young ones. They learned how the animals were taken care of and how useful these animals are to us. There was also a vegetable museum which displayed fresh green vegetables.
The learning outcome of this field trip to the cattle farm is to acquire knowledge about where our milk and fresh vegetables come from and also why we should take care and be kind to animals.
The goal of this guide is to share the good educational ideas that are already in practice on farms.
It was fun-filled yet educative trip.
