Ganesh Chaturthi Celebration

“View life as a continuous learning process.” -Denis Waitley

St John International school instils the value of continuous learning and no pandemic can stop anything from that spirit of SJISian.

Festivals build group cohesiveness. Festivals inform, educate, bring people together, break the monotony of routine and give us a chance to reenergize our body, mind and spirit. Of all festivals Ganesh Chaturthi is the most colourful of Maharashtra. It is celebrated with much fervor and joy. The festival is celebrated by installing Lord Ganesha’s idol at home, or in pandals. After worship the festival ends with the immersion of the idol in the water body.

As the Ganesh Chaturthi fever was alive all around, our students celebrated this grand festival by engaging in various activities like – Toran making, Clay Moulding, Bhajan Chanting, Mono Acting and character description etc. Students showcased their talent in unison with their family.
