Women’s Day Celebration 2021
यत्र नार्यस्तु पूज्यन्ते रमन्ते तत्र देवताः ।
SJIS believes that women are the real architects of the society and hence the morning of 8th March 2021, International Women’s day flagged off with the celebration of womanhood.
The special assembly was dedicated to all the female staff and students. From running homes, handling jobs and being the hands on Mom to their SJians, these bunch of mothers cum teachers were felicitated by the Principal, Sr. Apoline Pais. The girl students who outshined in various fields like, academics, art, sports dance. Etc. were also honoured with a Sash and rose. The special assembly brought spine chilling speeches and songs bringing about the role of women in society. Sr. Principal outlined the important role played by the women in every sector of the society.
